Standard Determination — $299
Submit your promotion or offer. We research U.S. federal and state regulations, Canadian provincial rules, and major EU member state requirements. You receive a written report listing every jurisdiction where your offering is void and why. Turnaround: 5 business days.
Includes: jurisdiction list, regulatory citations, recommended disclaimer language.
Annual Monitoring — $99/month
We monitor your standing offering continuously. When regulations change in any jurisdiction — and they do change — we update your void-where report and notify you. Your disclaimer stays accurate without you having to think about it.
Includes: quarterly report, change notifications, updated disclaimer language.
Personal Application — $49
You provide an item. We stamp it "VOID WHERE PROHIBITED™" and determine where that is. The item is returned with a documentation card listing the jurisdictions. Accepted items: letters, contracts, invitations, apologies, proposals, gifts. Not accepted: food, anything fragile.
